Mrs. Ashanti Riddle
Educator of the Year (K-6)
Ashanti Riddle is a dedicated educator whose work brings together academic excellence, faith, and a deep commitment to helping young people recognize their potential. At Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy’s Otto Armleder Memorial Education Campus, she serves as a general curriculum classroom teacher for students in grades 4–6, with a particular focus on upper-elementary mathematics and Christian studies. Armleder’s educational model combines rigorous academics with theological integration, character development, leadership, and service.
Riddle earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Cincinnati. Her earlier professional experience included serving as a teaching assistant with the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. This foundation in education, youth development, and public health provides her with a distinctive perspective on supporting the academic and personal growth of the whole student.
As the 2026 STEMmys Educator of the Year, Ashanti Riddle is celebrated for the purpose, care, and encouragement she brings to the classroom. Through mathematics instruction, Christian studies, mentorship, and daily example, she helps students strengthen their problem-solving skills, develop confidence, and understand that leadership begins with character. Her work represents the kind of education that does more than prepare students for the next grade—it prepares them to learn boldly, serve faithfully, and make a meaningful impact in their communities.
